Threat Level Goes to SEVERE

The STAR Spacetime Threat Assessment Level has been raised to SEVERE: A strongly increasing potential for damaging events.

The STAR threat level has been raised based upon input from multiple sources using AMP (anomalous mental phenomena) who have previously provided accurate warning in advance of damaging events.
