THREAT LEVEL REDUCED TO "STRONG"

There is a strong potential for realization of damaging events.


Based upon input from AMP (anomalous mental phenomena) sources, the STAR (Spacetime Threat Assessment Report) THREAT LEVEL has been reduced from SEVERE, which was initiated in anticipation of the collapse of the market, following the large earthquake in China.

Additional input provided by THE ARLINGTON INSTITUTE was also taken under consideration.

Two levels of AMP-sourced concern were taken into consideration, following an initial precursor AMP disturbance just days prior to the Chinese earthquake.

The first was a considerable disturbance; the second was more disturbing. Both now appear to have been related to the current economic crisis.
